I'm pretty sure that I didn't yet include a post on Feeding My Enthusiasms that is part of the St. Honore' collection. It's about a mom who makes a caramel corn snack for her son for after school. HERE is the link.

A Bit About This Land of St. Honore'

Fall of 2007 was the first time we visited the imaginary land of St. Honore'. The Daring Bakers had been baking for almost a year at that point and the blogroll had grown and grown. It seemed like a fun thing to have one post, out of so many on posting day, that was a little different and took you to a special land where baking was beloved. Thus began the Land of St. Honore'. Posts were posted on Feeding My Enthusiasms, but recently I decided that the Land deserved it's own blog, a place where I could post the Daring Baker challenges, but also any other baking post that I wanted to have as a tale in this wondrous land.

St. Honore' is the patron saint of bakers. His land is wide and full of all sorts of interesting characters. There are cities and towns, cultivated rural areas and unspoiled country, lakes and mountains and streams and meadows. The posts from Feeding My Enthusiasms that are set in this land will be re-posted here. There sometimes will be non-Daring Baker posts, too. On Daring Baker posting days, you might want to check out the blogroll link to see what they are doing in the real world with the month's challenge.
